We offer a 1 year guarantee. If you’re not happy, for any reason, just write or call and we'll let you know how to exchange your product or receive a refund. *Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the product purchase only; shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be credited.

How do I return my product? Simply give us a call at 1- 888-361-8645 or email us at mail@delmarlaboratories.com within 365 days from your purchase date, and we'll let you know how to return your unwanted items.

What do I do if I received damaged product? We are happy to fix this issue for you! Contact us and we will ship you out a new bottle/s. 

What do I do if my package never arrives?

Just contact us and we’ll get a new one out to you.

When will I receive my refund?

We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your completed return form and valid tracking number. If we do not receive your complete return form with valid tracking number, a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
