DML - How do I cancel an order?
Canceling an Order That Hasn't Been Delivered:
- If you placed your order more than 3 hours ago or received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email, it’s too late to stop the order from shipping. In this case, please wait for the order to arrive, then return it for a full refund.
- Items on backorder can be canceled unless you've already received a shipping confirmation.
- For AutoRefill orders, canceling an individual order does NOT cancel all future orders too. If you wish to stop all future orders, you will need to cancel the whole subscription.
Canceling an AutoRefill Subscription:
- If you're receiving too much product, we can adjust the quantity or frequency of your deliveries instead of canceling.
- Canceling your subscription stops all future orders, but it won't cancel any orders that are "pending shipment" (for example, if you've received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email). In this case, cancel your subscription and then wait for the order to arrive so you can return it for a full refund.

You can view your order status, track shipments, edit your personal information, edit or cancel an order before it ships, cancel subscriptions or \start the return/refund process through our self-service portal.
