If you don’t see or feel the difference, just return all your bottles (full and empty) for a full refund of your purchase price. Don’t have all the bottles? No worries! How do I return my product?
We’re truly sorry to hear that the product you purchased didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you were looking forward to seeing the promised results. We’re committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with us, and we'd love to make it right. Instead of going through the hassle of returning your package for a refund, we’d love the opportunity to help you troubleshoot.
Start the Return Process:
- Before sending your package back, visit our Self-Service Portal to get an RMA# and Return Instructions.
- In the Self-Service Portal, click on "My Orders" and follow the prompts to obtain your RMA and start the return process.

What do I do if I received a damaged product?
We are happy to fix this issue for you! Contact us and we will ship you out a new bottle/s.
What do I do if my package never arrives?
Just contact us and we’ll get a new one out to you.
When will I receive my refund?
We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your completed return form and valid tracking number. If we do not receive your complete return form with a valid tracking number, a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
