We're so sorry to hear that the product didn't quite meet your expectations. We're here to help you get over any hurdles that might be standing in the way of you achieving your health goals. Guarantee: Whether you buy just one bottle or many, every order comes with a full 1 year of purchase protection. If you don’t see or feel the difference, just return all your bottles (full, partially used, or empty) for a full refund of your purchase price. If you don’t have all your bottles, just send back what you do have and we’ll issue a refund for those.


Initiating a return on your own

Before you send your package back, first make sure you get an RMA#!

Just pop over to our Self-Service Portal, click on "My Orders," and follow the prompts to get one.
