DML - Why does OmegaVive only use Omega 3 Fatty Acids?


OmegaVive focuses on uses Omega 3 fatty acids because they are known for being more anti-inflammatory than other omega fatty acids. Different Omega Fatty Acids will have different effects on the body. Omega 3's are anti-inflammatory, but Omega 6 and 9 and pro-inflammatory.

For example, if you consume too much omega 6 and 9 fatty acids, you may potentially raise risk for inflammatory conditions.

Omega 3 fatty acids are not only anti-inflammatory, they are also awesome antioxidants that support cognitive and cardiac systems!

Omega 3 fatty acids are used because they are most commonly found in foods like fish, which a lot of people may not consume a lot of every week or so. Other Omegas can be found in some of the foods we eat, so these are easier to obtain.

OmegaVive focuses on delivering Omega 3 Fatty Acids over others since it is least likely to be consumed through the average diet.

Statistics show that the average American diet does not consist of a enough fish, which makes us in more of a need for Omega 3 since we can consume others in some of the foods we eat.
