DML - Why is EyeJoy Flaking?
It’s important to know that all tightening products work by leaving a film on the skin which results in a tightening effect as the product dries.
Flaking can occur when too much product is applied to the face.
It can also occur if you have dry skin. It is a common occurrence that many people experience, so there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It’s easy to accidentally overdo it with facial products. Just remember that less is more with these types of products.
To help remedy this, we’d recommend applying less of the product and waiting for it dry completely before applying anything over it (other products, make up, etc.).
Additionally, using a daily moisturizer is a good idea, as well as keeping hydrated, following a high nutrient diet and getting plenty of omega-3 fats, which all help keep your skin healthy, moisturized and supple.
