DML - How to use an Airless Pump

Here's the scoop: instead of traditional tubes or straws, these products feature airless pumps.

Picture this: with each pump, a nifty vacuum-like system nudges the product closer to the opening, ensuring you get every last drop without any hassle.

At Del Mar Laboratories, we're all about being eco-friendly. That's why we've ditched the plastic straws in our bottle design, cutting down on waste and doing our part for the planet. Plus, our clever design seals in the goodness, keeping your products fresh.

Having trouble with your pump?

No worries, we've got some quick fixes for you:

1. Turn the bottle upside down and firmly tap the top of it on the palm of your hand, about 10-15 times to help remove any air.
2. To prime the pump, cover the opening of the pump completely with your finger. Slowly pump several times. This will create a vacuum and expel any excess air.
3. If #1 and #2 don't work, turn the bottle upside down and locate the small hole in the bottom. Insert a paperclip or toothpick and firmly push to “release” the floor plate from the bottom of the bottle. Pump the bottle again, the product should now dispense.
4. Repeat these steps as often as needed.
5. Store your bottle upside down for smoother dispensing.

Because the bottle uses an Airless Pump system, there is no tube in the bottle.
