Should I follow a special diet when taking CeraLift?

You don't have to follow a special diet when taking CeraLift. However, we recommend eating in a certain way that would be beneficial for your skin. This way you can see better results and more rapidly.

Unfortunately, the standard American diet is full of added sugar, vegetable oils, and processed foods. All of this creates free radicals and inflammation in the body which greatly affects the skin. Many inflammatory skin conditions like acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis results from consumption of inflammatory foods, stress, and underlying gut dysbiosis.

Focus on anti-inflammatory foods and foods rich in antioxidants. Here are some ideas:

Dark leafy greens are rich in vitamin C which is not only a potent anti-inflammatory agent, but it is also essential for your own collagen synthesis, an integral component that gives your skin that wrinkle-free look.

Berries and green tea are rich in antioxidants, essential for counteracting free radicals and environmental stress that is detrimental for our skin.

Avocado is rich in vitamin E, another potent antioxidant, it also contains non-sunscreen protection from UV induced damage from the sun.

Omega-3 fatty acids are absolutely essential for the skin, they are potent anti-inflammatory agents, they hydrate the skin and provide cell structure. The richest source of Omega-3 fatty acids is fatty fish like salmon and sardines. Walnuts and seeds have some Omega-3 too but it’s less bioavailable than in the fish. Make sure you eat good-quality fatty fish 3-4 times a week, otherwise, you might also supplement with Omega-3.

Sweet potatoes and carrots are rich in carotenoids which help to squelch oxidative damage and inflammation.

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, kale contain a high amount of sulforaphane, which is really important for detoxification. Correct liver functioning is essential for good-looking skin so you really want to help your liver in the detoxification process.

Drinking enough water is crucial, as your skin needs proper hydration. Make sure you drink at list 8 glasses of water per day.
